		A new star is born in the Basso R&D department. It is dedicated to the most demanding riders. It has a full monocoque T700 3K carbon fibre frame and its front and rear triangle tubes have visible longitudinal lines that remind us of a four-leafed clover shape. The new Astra has a maximum flexion of 0,21 mm on the BB shell and a maximum torsion of 2,3 mm on the head tube; on both tests we apply a weight of 50 kgs at 40 cm distance from the fulcrum. It can be ridden in long distance races in a very smooth and comfortable way, but it is very reactive and precise in fast accelerations or very winding roads. Six colour combinations will let you choose your personalized look. This is an exclusive product for demanding athletes.

		Slender and decisive frame shapes, an innovative design which is not only for aesthetic pleasure but it has a technical value proven by many kilometres on the roads. Its is a monocoque main frame shaped to obtained the best rigidity and the minimum weight, the thickness of each tube has been reduced and each tube has lateral ridges that stiffen its structure. The ridges are then connected to each other in the head tube, BB shell and seat post to make a unique structure. Comfort have been given also a lot of attention by shaping the rear of the frame to absorb the asperities of the road. Give yourself a chance to fully enjoy the speed.
