Refunds and Returns
Racer Sportif offers a 30 - day refund and return policy with certain exceptions and conditions. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt/proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original condition, with original packaging. Unfortunately, there are a few exceptions to our policy.
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Perishable goods (road fuel/energy bars)
- Intimate or sanitary garments
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Books with signs of use
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Please note, special orders may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Return Shipping Refund Process (if applicable)
If you are unable to make it into one of our shops, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the item(s) and a picture of your proof of purchase. We will let you know shortly if your item(s) is eligible for return through our policy and will provide you with a return address to ship the item(s) back to us. Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the status of your return/exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and this cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Racer Sportif will act on your behalf with Suppliers/Manufacturers we do business with, and gladly process items within the confines of the various Warranties offered. You will be responsible for return shipping costs to the Supplier/Manufacturer, these charges will be paid in advance of an item(s) being processed. Please note, original proof of purchase is always required for Warranty, regardless of the term of Warranty. Warranties are against manufacturer defects only.
