The HighSix is specifically designed to create maximum freedom to adjust your handlebar stem exactly the way you want it. The maximum 40 degrees angle brings your upper body up and releases the pressure of your lower back. Using the HighSix the other way around, you can create a maximum of 40 degrees downwards for a more aerodynamic position. The ideal handlebar stem for a higher as well as a lower riding position. Compatible with electrical gears.

Our refund and return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, all purchases are final sale. Special orders may be subject to a re-stocking fee

Online Order Return Process

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item(s) will be deducted from your refund.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your returned item will be received. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you on the status of your return/exchange via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.

If you do not see a refund after a few days, contact your card company or bank. 

Please note, if you declined to pay for shipping protection with your order, Racer Sportif is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave our store.

Shipping Methods

Canada Post (Priority or Express): Expected delivery within 7-14 business days. This option offers limited tracking, and your shipping confirmation will include tracking details. Costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package.

UPS: Typically delivers within 2-7 business days, although customs clearance may extend this to up to 15 days. This service provides full package traceability, and you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation. Costs vary depending on the package size and weight.

Large & Bulky Items

Free shipping does not apply to bicycles, bicycle frames, wheel sets, indoor trainers, and other bulky items. A Racer Sportif representative will contact you with competitive shipping options for these items.

Processing Times

Please allow 1-2 business for processing and packing orders. Large items, including bikes, wheels, and trainers, may take 5-7 business days to prepare for shipment. High order volumes may lead to delays.
