Not Covered

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper/unauthorized maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications or use outside of intended purpose

Requirements for a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Proof of original purchase from Racer Sportif
  • The affected product
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Submission by the original purchaser
  • Within the applicable manufacturer’s stated warranty period

Limitations
Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or service, as determined by Racer Sportif or the manufacturer. The warranty is non-transferable and subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Service fees do not include parts, which are sold separately. Estimates for parts will be provided with your service quote. Some services may incur additional charges based on labour requirements.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Submit Your Claim
    Contact us at info@racersportif.com with all required information listed above.
  2. Evaluation
    Our team will inspect and assess the product. If eligible, we’ll contact the supplier or manufacturer on your behalf to initiate the claim.
  3. Manufacturer Review
    The supplier/manufacturer will review the claim and determine whether repair, replacement, or denial applies based on their policy. This process may take several weeks, depending on response times.
  4. Resolution
    Once a decision is received, we’ll notify you promptly and help coordinate next steps.

  • No exchanges, returns, or replacements can be processed without prior authorization from the supplier, manufacturer, or Racer Sportif management.
