Racer Sportif offers a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping charges are determined based on various factors including the shipping method selected, the number and type of items ordered, and the destination. You will be able to view and select your preferred shipping option at checkout. The available methods include:

Canada Post (Priority or Express): Expected delivery within 7-14 business days. This option offers limited tracking, and your shipping confirmation will include tracking details. Costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package.

UPS: Typically delivers within 2-7 business days, although customs clearance may extend this to up to 15 days. This service provides full package traceability, and you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation. Costs vary depending on the package size and weight.

Special Considerations

Large and Bulky Items:Free shipping does not apply to bicycles, bicycle frames, wheel sets, indoor trainers, and other bulky items. A Racer Sportif representative will contact you with competitive shipping options for these items.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business for processing and packing orders. Large items, including bikes, wheels, and trainers, may take 5-7 business days to prepare for shipment. High order volumes may lead to delays. 

Customs and Delays: International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our initial delivery estimates. Duties and Taxes: Duties, tariffs, taxes, and VAT are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and bank transfers (arranged by phone). All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars. Your card will be billed when your order ships. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

Important: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. These fees will be billed to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable for undelivered or refused shipments.

We have partnered with ShipInsure to protect your online orders. By adding shipping insurance to your cart at checkout, your purchase is covered against loss, theft, and damage during transit, ensuring a worry-free shopping experience.
