Our refund and return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, all purchases are final sale. Special orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

All items must be unused and in the original packaging

- Gift Cards
- Tools
- Cleaners and maintenance products
- Downloadable software products
- Health, hygiene and personal care items
- Food and nutrition items
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases
- Items with obvious signs of use or damaged packaging
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted.
Online Order Refund Process

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your returned item will be received.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you on the status of your return/exchange via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.
If you do not see a refund after a few days, contact your card company or bank.
Please note, if you declined to pay for shipping protection with your order, Racer Sportif is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave our store.
