The Women’s Winter LS Skin Layer’s insulating knit structure and seamless construction join forces to keep you dry and insulated from the base up in cold, demanding conditions.

Winter poses a specific host of challenges not found in other climaCodes, namely in the form of added cold air and the added layers on your body. This is where our new Winter LS Skin Layer fills the gap, tuned with a thicker knit “weight,” taller collar, and more stretch than our Spring/Fall version for boosted insulation and flexibility under your outer apparel.

It’s worth noting this Skin Layer is a total reset on our base layers of the past, wearing a completely revamped, female-specific design and using a new blend of fibers. The Winter LS is roughly 13% lighter than the previous Winter Skinfoil, relying on a Circular Seamless construction that’s free of irritating side seams. A winter-tuned blend of carbon and polypropylene yarns—plus elastane— are employed, which draws moisture away from your skin and insulates your core, keeping you dry, insulated, and comfortable from the outset.

How does shipping work?

Canada Post (Priority or Express): delivery in 7–14 business days, with tracking in your shipping confirmation.

UPS: usually 2–7 business days (customs can stretch it to 15), fully tracked.

Cost depends on the size and weight of the package.

Is shipping free?

Most orders over $150 in Canada ship free.

Bikes, frames, wheelsets, indoor trainers and other bulky items don't. One of our team will contact you with shipping options for those.

A few items, like Favero Assioma pedals and Nimbl × Nike shoes, always have a shipping charge.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1–2 business days to pack and ship most orders. Bikes, wheels and trainers can take 5–7 business days to prepare. Busy periods can add a little time.

Can I return it?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, purchases are final sale. Special orders may have a restocking fee.

Bring proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Please don't send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Some situations may only qualify for a partial refund.

How do I send a return?

Mail your item(s) to 151 Robinson Street, Oakville, Ontario L6J 7N3.

Return shipping is on you, and original shipping isn't refunded. For exchanges, shipping the new item is taken off your refund. For anything over $75, use tracked shipping or insurance.

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, so allow up to 5 business days for them to show.

If you declined shipping protection, Racer Sportif isn't liable for packages lost, damaged or stolen after they leave the store.
