Less is more when it comes to layering for racing—an art that’s honed through years and years of pedaling with a number pinned to your back. Too many layers, and you burn up; too few, and your core stays chilled and your muscles and joints fight to stay up to temp. Luckily, our product team and test riders are well versed in this area.
As a race garment, the Assos Equipe RS Spring Fall Aero Gilet needed to be stripped down in order to: reduce weight, stay aerodynamic, and seamlessly integrate with warmers and other layers. We accomplished this with raw-cut hems throughout and with pre-shaped panels, resulting in a layer-friendly core barrier that ensures your upper body remains warm and shielded for the duration of your race.

How does shipping work?
Canada Post (Priority or Express): delivery in 7–14 business days, with tracking in your shipping confirmation.
UPS: usually 2–7 business days (customs can stretch it to 15), fully tracked.
Cost depends on the size and weight of the package.
Is shipping free?
Most orders over $150 in Canada ship free.
Bikes, frames, wheelsets, indoor trainers and other bulky items don't. One of our team will contact you with shipping options for those.
A few items, like Favero Assioma pedals and Nimbl × Nike shoes, always have a shipping charge.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1–2 business days to pack and ship most orders. Bikes, wheels and trainers can take 5–7 business days to prepare. Busy periods can add a little time.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, purchases are final sale. Special orders may have a restocking fee.
Bring proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

How do I send a return?
Mail your item(s) to 151 Robinson Street, Oakville, Ontario L6J 7N3.
Return shipping is on you, and original shipping isn't refunded. For exchanges, shipping the new item is taken off your refund. For anything over $75, use tracked shipping or insurance.
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, so allow up to 5 business days for them to show.
If you declined shipping protection, Racer Sportif isn't liable for packages lost, damaged or stolen after they leave the store.
