  • Description
Engineered for racing applications. The result of the Assos obsessive quest to reduce volume to the maximum, while still providing protection and functionality. This product concept, another smart ASSOS invention for riders who race. This ultracompact shellVest gives not only emergency chest protection but also added security, thanks to its oversize reflective appliques. The emergency shellVest has been designed to contour to your upper body and provide a quick and easy-to-wear solution in racing conditions (putting it on while riding). Everything but the the absolutely essential has been eliminated to provide a piece of super functional, micro-volume cycling equipment. For long fast descents (racing chest protection) and or permanently in winter training rides or in low-light conditions for added security due to the reflective appliques. Another little ASSOS invention that makes a big difference. Supercompact, Assos recommends storing it permanently on your bike in either the second water bottle holder (inside a used half-cut waterbottle) or inside the saddle pocket.

How does shipping work?

Canada Post (Priority or Express): delivery in 7–14 business days, with tracking in your shipping confirmation.

UPS: usually 2–7 business days (customs can stretch it to 15), fully tracked.

Cost depends on the size and weight of the package.

Is shipping free?

Most orders over $150 in Canada ship free.

Bikes, frames, wheelsets, indoor trainers and other bulky items don't. One of our team will contact you with shipping options for those.

A few items, like Favero Assioma pedals and Nimbl × Nike shoes, always have a shipping charge.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1–2 business days to pack and ship most orders. Bikes, wheels and trainers can take 5–7 business days to prepare. Busy periods can add a little time.

Can I return it?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, purchases are final sale. Special orders may have a restocking fee.

Bring proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

How do I send a return?

Mail your item(s) to 151 Robinson Street, Oakville, Ontario L6J 7N3.
