BRAKCO’s BPH Series Graphene Venting Pads are engineered for cyclists who demand superior braking performance and thermal control in the most extreme riding conditions.
To help improve over-heating problems under long braking, BRAKCO has created a series of heat-dissipation and ISOLATION disc pads to reduce the heat transferred from rotor/disc pads to caliper and improve the heat dissipation efficient by double hollow venting wall design which increasing the heat dissipation.
To protect the caliper and prevent vapour lock by lowering the braking temperature transferred from piston to the caliper and braking liquid, BRAKCO creates a hollow venting structure to isolate the heat from the pads to the caliper and double the heat dissipation surface.
Furthermore, by coating with the superior thermal conductivity GRAPHENE, the hive heat dissipation fins help to pull the heat from the pads upwards and dissipate in seconds.
With the help of the venting backplate structure, the heat transferred to the caliper is reduced, that can keep the braking liquid from being vaporized/vapor lock.
As there is limited braking liquid vaporization, bleeding job frequency can be less.
By coating superior thermal conductivity GRAPHENE, the heat dissipation efficiency is significantly improved by nearly 100 Celsius degree. That stabilizes the braking performance and increases the pads and rotor life-span at the same time.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your returned item will be received.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you on the status of your return/exchange via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.

UPS: Typically delivers within 2-7 business days, although customs clearance may extend this to up to 15 days. This service provides full package traceability, and you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation. Costs vary depending on the package size and weight.
Large & Bulky Items
Free shipping does not apply to bicycles, bicycle frames, wheel sets, indoor trainers, and other bulky items. A Racer Sportif representative will contact you with competitive shipping options for these items.
Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 business for processing and packing orders. Large items, including bikes, wheels, and trainers, may take 5-7 business days to prepare for shipment. High order volumes may lead to delays.
