THE WORD "NEO" DESCRIBES SOMETHING NEW. FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON, A NEW PLATFORM, A NEW DESIGN, AND AN ALL NEW BIKE, THAT BEST DESCRIBES THE AQUILA NEO 2 ROAD BIKE.
The first generation Aquila Neo was designed to defy the conventional road bike, and it certainly set the foundation for newly adopted riders to have a soft landing into the fast growing sport if cycling. From what we learned from rider feedback, we have made the new generation of Aquila Neo even better. Not a cable in sight. The new Aquila Neo line has full cable integration courtesy of the FSA ACR System. Borrowed from the Aquila Equipe EVO, this system provides a cleaner appearance, and improved aerodynamics. The All new Neo has a newly re-deigned “D” Shaped seat post. This dramatically improves riding comfort as it allows for more flexion forwards and backwards. Thanks to the flat rear section of the post, it is less resistant to flexion compared to the round edges of a cylindrical shaped post. At the same time the D Post improves lateral rigidity while pedalling seated. Not to mention improved aero dynamics.
One of the best features of the first generation Aquila Neo was the DES rear triangle. During the deign process of the new Aquila Neo, we looked at how we could improve upon the current design, without disrupting a good thing. Tweaking the shape of the rear seat stays, by vertically flatting them out, not only resulted in further vertical compliance, but improved lateral rigidity. Furthermore, we increased the vertical profile of the chain stays by 3mm, to reinforce critical areas of the frame that are subject to a multitude of different forces, that include lateral forces while riding out of the saddle, forces from the drive train, and hydraulic braking system.

How does shipping work?
Canada Post (Priority or Express): delivery in 7–14 business days, with tracking in your shipping confirmation.
UPS: usually 2–7 business days (customs can stretch it to 15), fully tracked.
Cost depends on the size and weight of the package.
Is shipping free?
Most orders over $150 in Canada ship free.
Bikes, frames, wheelsets, indoor trainers and other bulky items don't. One of our team will contact you with shipping options for those.
A few items, like Favero Assioma pedals and Nimbl × Nike shoes, always have a shipping charge.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1–2 business days to pack and ship most orders. Bikes, wheels and trainers can take 5–7 business days to prepare. Busy periods can add a little time.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, purchases are final sale. Special orders may have a restocking fee.
Bring proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

How do I send a return?

Return shipping is on you, and original shipping isn't refunded. For exchanges, shipping the new item is taken off your refund. For anything over $75, use tracked shipping or insurance.
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, so allow up to 5 business days for them to show.
If you declined shipping protection, Racer Sportif isn't liable for packages lost, damaged or stolen after they leave the store.
