The smallest size of our Active Wear Cleanser is portioned to support touring, bikepacking, and air travel while consuming minimal space in panniers and frame bags, and the bottle is helpfully marked with use lines to help you track and estimate available washes. Like its more voluminous counterparts, it’s delicate on elastic fibers and pH neutral, preventing damage regular detergents can inflict on top-end athletic apparel. It has been specifically formulated to gently but effectively clean the premium textiles used in our products. It also rinses fully to preserve fabric breathability and color sharpness while preventing a sudsy insert in the rain. The bottle is made from recycled materials, and we recommend refilling it from the larger bottle as a reusable travel item.

Our refund and return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, all purchases are final sale. Special orders may be subject to a re-stocking fee

Online Order Return Process

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your returned item will be received.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you on the status of your return/exchange via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.
If you do not see a refund after a few days, contact your card company or bank.
Please note, if you declined to pay for shipping protection with your order, Racer Sportif is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they leave our store.

UPS: Typically delivers within 2-7 business days, although customs clearance may extend this to up to 15 days. This service provides full package traceability, and you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation. Costs vary depending on the package size and weight.
Large & Bulky Items
Free shipping does not apply to bicycles, bicycle frames, wheel sets, indoor trainers, and other bulky items. A Racer Sportif representative will contact you with competitive shipping options for these items.
Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 business for processing and packing orders. Large items, including bikes, wheels, and trainers, may take 5-7 business days to prepare for shipment. High order volumes may lead to delays.
