We are looking to hire various new team members to join our mission within our Toronto and Oakville locations: Part-time Shop Lead and Full-time Shop Lead, and Full-time Bicycle Technician

Requirements of Part-time Shop Lead and Full-time Shop Lead include (but not limited to):

• Customer service and sales in a retail environment.
• Fielding customer inquiries in-person, via phone and online.
• Maintaining inventory and merchandising.
• After service customer support.
• Maintaining a clean and organized shop.
• Strong passion for cycling.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and be on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Requirements of Full-time Bicycle Technician include (but not limited to):

• High competency working on road bikes, gravel bikes, triathlon bikes, track bikes, and more.
• Ability to: Completely disassemble and reassemble a bicycle.
• Fully tune mechanical derailleurs.
• Repair flat tiresand true wheels
• Bleed hydraulic brake systems
• Install chain and cassette
• Working knowledge of Di2 and other electronic group sets.
• Strong passion for cycling
• Ability to lift heavy objects and be on your feet for long periods.
