Our Oakville location features a boutique retail experience and professional service studio, including advanced bike fitting services led by Master Fitter Frank Mizerski.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Professional Bike Fitter to join our Oakville team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in physiotherapy, kinesiology, or sports science who also has hands-on experience fitting cyclists. The successful candidate will work closely with our master fitter, providing baseline-level bike fitting services and helping clients achieve optimal comfort, performance, and injury prevention.
This role integrates biomechanical assessment with rider consultation, focusing on improving comfort, efficiency, and injury prevention through precise fit adjustments and setup recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Conduct Baseline Bike Fits following Racer Sportif’s fitting methodology
- Assess rider position, posture, flexibility, and movement patterns to make biomechanically sound adjustments
- Collaborate with customers to ensure proper bike setup and ergonomic alignment
- Maintain accurate client fit records and ensure a professional, educational customer experience
- Participate in ongoing mentorship and training opportunities with our master fitter
Qualifications
- Background in physiotherapy, kinesiology, or a related field (education or clinical experience)
- Previous bike fitting experience (professional or semi-professional level)
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and cycling ergonomics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for cycling and helping others improve their riding experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification or formal training in a recognized bike fitting methodology (e.g., BikeFit, Specialized Body Geometry, Retül, etc.)
- Experience working in a retail or client-facing environment
- Knowledge of high-performance road and gravel cycling equipment

PART-TIME SHOP LEAD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers in-store, over the phone, and online
- Managing inventory, merchandising, and product displays
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
- Coordinating after-sale support and service
- Maintaining a clean, organized, visually appealing, and welcoming retail space
- Lifting heavy objects and being on your feet for extended periods

Qualifications:
- Previous customer-facing sales or service experience is preferred

- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and maintaining inventory
- Flexibility to work during Saturdays and peak times
The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for cycling. Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or service role is preferred.
