The Shimano Pro Vibe Sprint Cavendish Star Series Carbon Stem is everything you'd expect a sprinter's stem to be. Like the man himself, the Cavendish stem is designed a singular purpose - to sprint.
The Vibe Sprint stem is twice as stiff as the already stiff Vibe 7s stems in all directions. The stem is a monocoque carbon mold and includes a front plate design that resists flexing torsionally. The carbon molds around an alloy sleeve to maximize contact with the steerer tube. The Sprint stem also includes its own matching top cap that is designed to look like part of the stem.

Our refund and return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, all purchases are final sale. Special orders may be subject to a re-stocking fee

Online Order Return Process

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the new item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your returned item will be received.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you on the status of your return/exchange via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear.
If you do not see a refund after a few days, contact your card company or bank.

UPS: Typically delivers within 2-7 business days, although customs clearance may extend this to up to 15 days. This service provides full package traceability, and you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation. Costs vary depending on the package size and weight.
Large & Bulky Items
Free shipping does not apply to bicycles, bicycle frames, wheel sets, indoor trainers, and other bulky items. A Racer Sportif representative will contact you with competitive shipping options for these items.

Please allow 1-2 business for processing and packing orders. Large items, including bikes, wheels, and trainers, may take 5-7 business days to prepare for shipment. High order volumes may lead to delays.
